Senior Product Manager
Founded in 2010, we started RevenueWell because we saw a way to use the latest marketing automation technology to help dentists build better, more connected relationships with their patients and communities. We think it’s a problem worth solving, and thousands of dental practices across the country seem to agree. The company has grown very quickly over the last few years, and we’re now a team of about 200 diverse people that are committed to our mission, super-focused on our product, and fanatical about helping our customers succeed.
In December 2019, we partnered with Marlin Equity Partners to help us aggressively expand our vision in healthcare. Since then, we have more than doubled our footprint (through strong organic growth and acquisition of PBHS) to over 12,000 customers, and we are just getting started! If you are excited about healthcare, working with talented people, aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves, and want to help build a healthcare technology company that makes a real difference for providers and patients – this opportunity might just be for you.
WHY WE’RE LOOKING:
As we’re gearing up for more growth, we need Product Managers to help us thoroughly understand customer needs, drive the direction of our products, and to be accountable for their product’s results.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- We have a few product “missions” we are on, and you will have Product responsibilities for one or more of them.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the market segments you are responsible for and the customer problems in those segments.
- Guide stakeholder teams towards a vision and strategy for your mission.
- Create and prioritize the roadmap.
- Communicate plans across the company to keep everyone aligned on where we are headed.
- Work closely with UX to keep our experience top-notch.
- Create user stories/epics to help the development teams understand what we need to build.
- Contribute to Go-to-Market efforts to ensure effective product launches and customer satisfaction
- Lead the full product lifecycle for one or more product areas, from discovery through delivery and iteration.
- Define and track success metrics to ensure we are solving real customer problems and delivering business outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support to bring ideas to life.
- Champion the voice of the customer by conducting research, interviews, and feedback loops.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies that could influence your product area.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Proven track record in product leadership: You’ve successfully led cross-functional product teams and translated complex customer needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories that drive business outcomes. You bring the confidence and clarity to hit the ground running.
- Constant learner: You won’t know everything about this industry or our product when you start but you should be able to quickly become an expert on both. You are constantly learning so that you can help us continue to improve and evolve.
- Organizational chameleon: Working across teams, seeing things from multiple perspectives, and seeing the forest through the trees is critical to keeping things moving.
- Product enthusiast: You should be able to think through user experiences so that you can assess whether what we’re building will meet customer needs.
- Getting out of the building: Talking to customers directly is critical to understanding their needs. You don’t just rely on your focus group of one.
- Outcome-oriented: Guiding your team towards outcomes is more important than celebrating that you released something, on some date.
- Humility and Collaboration: We are not relying on you to come up with all the ideas and you realize that the best solutions come from multiple heads being put together. You know how to leverage a group to achieve outcomes, and you don’t feel the need to have everyone see things your way.
- Strategic Communication: You don’t put the onus for understanding things to your reader or audience. You continually strive to improve your communication to be the right level of brevity and/or detail for the right audience.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:
Competitive Compensation: This position offers a base salary and bonus. Employees who demonstrate successful goal attainment and commitment will have the opportunity for career growth and advancement in the organization.
Entrepreneurial Culture: You manage your business. We strongly encourage our Employees to leverage their skill sets and creativity to provide the best service and solutions to our current clients.
Work/Life Balance: A super laid-back environment where hustle goes a long way and work is enjoyable. A true Work Hard Play Hard mentality. We believe in working hard, for our clients every day while ensuring satisfaction in your role and ample time to enjoy activities outside of work. Along with having remote flexibility.
YOU Make the Difference: You’ll spend your days building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers. You will be consulting with health professionals to help them be more profitable, to be more present for their patients, and to make office life easier!
Great Benefits: Several comprehensive benefit offerings to choose from and a no-wait 401k plan with company match.
